Customer Success Representative

Seidor Networks is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join a growing team based in Nairobi, Kenya.


The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  1. Net new business by achieving predetermined prescribed, measurable performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  2. Customer retention and satisfaction by managing existing relationships
  3. Existing customer growth by upselling

This is the perfect role for a self-motivated individual with a naturally enquiring mind with industry-relevant experience and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.


The candidate will be working from the Nairobi office as well as attending remote and on-site customer meetings.

Role Requirements:


  1. A relevant undergraduate degree from a recognized university
  2. Industry-relevant work experience in an IT managed services business
  3. Excellent record of sales target achievement
  4. Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  5. Must be willing to learn new technologies
  6. Must be willing to complete predetermined vendor certifications at regular intervals

Advantageous Certifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

  1. IT MSP experience
  2. ITIL Foundation
  3. ConnectWise Manage
  4. Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
  5. Basic Technical understanding of a Network
  6. IT Managed Services related product knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Net New Name (NNN) generation
  2. Work with existing customer portfolio for sustainable revenue
  3. Forecasting of new and existing customer base
  4. Regular customer contact
  5. Customer satisfaction
  6. Communicate telephonically and electronically with customers, vendors, and all internal departments for query resolution, and customer escalations
  7. Ability to work in a team & independently to provide customer service
  8. Ability to prioritize, escalate and request assistance when needed in a timely manner
  9. Must be open to learning new technologies and service delivery methodologies
