About The Role
The overall purpose of this job is to strategically support growth of the organisation. Ensure availability of strategic information to potential stakeholders to enable decision-making. The job holder will also generate and test potential ideas to drive positive change in the business.
This role focuses on the growth of Sendy’s acquisition channels and retention by assuring that the product fits the market requirements. This is achieved by using market testing, data analytics, users’ feedback, prioritization, optimization, engineering and automation.

Key duties and responsibilities
• Develop and ensure execution of the Data & Growth strategy in line with the overall business strategy
• Develop a road map for data and growth function with the aim to drive aggressive growth initiatives.
• Identify, measure, analyze and report on continuous growth strategies and product development opportunities.
• Perform analytics and leverage existing analytical tools to improve decision making and customer strategy development for key stakeholders across Sendy
• Continually review to improve business processes through analytics to improve productivity and add value to Sendy services
• Use data to identify, test and optimize customer acquisition channels
• Support the engineering team to store accurate and required data in an accessible manner
• Lead and build a high performing Growth & Data team to generate new ideas, experiment execution and analysis
• Coordinate aggressive idea generation from other functions and follow through with functions to ensure implementation of tested ideas
• Lead, hire, coach and motivate the data and growth team to ensure high productivity and engagement in the function
• Scale and Automate the growth processes
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other related fields
• Minimum eight years’ experience in data analytics and innovation
• Knowledge of the software development cycle
• Proven ability in data analytics
• Strong leadership skill
• Strong creativity skills and idea generation
• High-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• Must be a self-starter and highly organized
• Ability to work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong project management skills
