  • Attending to all incoming calls to the emergency line promptly.
  • Resolving daily customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follows up to ensure timely feedback is given
  • Identifying  and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Escalating issues through the appropriate channels
  • Any other duty that may be assigned

NB/ The job requires manning the emergency line hence working hours will be from 7:00am-7:00pm with a flexible weekly schedule


  • At least 1 year experience as a Customer Care Agent
  • Degree/ Diploma in public relations or a Business related course
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Loyalty and integrity
