Community Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
• Respond to inquiries and comments on all social platforms in a timely manner
• Build relationship with online communities
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with internal teams to build brands and strengthen communication
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals etc
• Monitor, track and develop reports on feedback and online reviews
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
