HEALTH CENTRE RECEPTIONIST
Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support to achieve timely and efficient management of reception operations.
- Accurate registration of patients and verification of benefits.
- Maintain pleasant front office environment.
Manage client appointments.
- Accurate billing and collection of revenue
Generate periodic reports.
- Requision and petty cash management.
Position Requirements and other competencies
- Diploma in a business related course.
- Experiences in Front Office/ Reception operations.
- Good customer service and people skills.
- Self motivated and a team player.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
